Galley Maid Empress Electric Oven/Ranges feature: three high speed surface burners, in American style coil surface burners or European style solid disk surface burners; all stainless steel oven with broiler, stainless steel cooktop, sea rail, broiler pan, and drip pans. Pot holders are optional. Controls are such, that all surface elements and either bake or broil elements may be used simultaneously. Top elements are equipped with infinite heat control, and oven with thermostat control.

Galley Maid Countess Ranges are fabricated from high quality stainless steel. Galley Maid Countess is supplied with sea rails. The Countess Electric is available with American Style coil burners or European style disk burners.

Galley Maid Gas Oven/Ranges, are one of the safest marine ranges built to date by any manufacturer. The range is equipped with a heat sensing thermocouple attached to each burner and oven pilot. This thermocouple will automatically shut off the gas flow in the event the flame is blown out. It is also equipped with an electronic ignition system and an electric gas shut off valve. The electronic ignition makes it a simple one button operation to light any burner, and the shut off valve stops gas flow to the stove and gas lines when stove is not in use. Fabricated from high quality marine stainless steel, the range also comes with sea rail and potholders.
